Suzanne’s teaching has been described as “Balancing technique and form with heartfelt movement and acceptance.” She teaches alignment-based hatha yoga using dynamic flowing movement and stationary postures. Her direct, friendly teaching style encourages students to practice postures as a way to learn about themselves – from physical and mental habit patterns and responses, to listening to the wisdom of their own inner body – so that they can live in greater harmony with themselves and others with confidence and greater self-awareness. Her classes will challenge your body and mind, reduce stress and tension, and help you to develop well-balanced strength and flexibility.
