May is passionate about physical fitness as preventive health and helping you make it a lifelong happy habit. She’s had a 25 year career in health services and is thrilled to be spending more time directly supporting folks to set and reach their fitness goals.
May’s expertise is in coaching weight management groups and has several years of experience leading HIIT workouts for women. She’s managed nutrition-related clinics and classes as a Sr. Health Educator for Kaiser. She has Assistant Coached Track for students at Piedmont Middle School and kids of all ages with Running for a Better Oakland.
