Comments from prior client:

“Eileen Gillan has been working with me for the past four months. I met her when she was teaching Yoga and Pilates. I told her I had limitations due to two knee replacements and two hip replacements. Because she is an MD, I knew she could help me.  Eileen created a “Nama Stay Well” program for me: working on strength, bone density, posture, stability and mobility.  Her exercises with weights and weight machines have made me stronger. However, more than that, she is a wonderful person who exudes enthusiasm.  Anyone who would like to improve their exercise routine will feel confident with Eileen”. Sandy K.
