Philosophy
As children we all enjoyed movement through play. But when adult responsibilities decreased our time for play and movement lessens, our health begins to suffer. Although this is a reality, it is not one we must accept as final. Our bodies are designed to function well with movement, and activities that include motion should be maintained throughout our lives. We do not need to have the attitude that it is too late to keep in shape. I love to help clients regain the joy of physical movement that they had in their youth. All it takes is a little discipline and a willingness to move. The results are well worth it!
