Philosophy

I believe helping people is my reason for being on this earth. I believe that by helping you become aware of your body and teaching and motivating you in the most effective and efficient way to work it, I can help you achieve the highest level of performance in the activities you enjoy and in life itself. Having studied massage from an Asian perspective, I believe that health and fitness are achieved through an integration of many different applications and disciplines. I want to help you apply yourself in a few of these areas to realize and achieve your potential.

Dan Mark has been my personal trainer at Harbor Bay Health Club for many years. He has been great at developing workout routines for whatever activity level and goal I might have at the time.  For a few years I was into running and Dan came up with a good cross-training program that was very helpful.  Dan is very knowledgeable, patient and has a great personality for getting the best out of his clients. – Fred Branaman
