Swedish/Esalen
Great for relaxing tense, tired muscles, this gentle massage of the muscular and soft tissues utilizes long flowing and kneading strokes.
Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage eliminates knots, locked up areas, and emotional blocks in the body due to prolonged stress. It includes various leverage techniques and kneading, for a very firm massage.
Sports Massage
A popular technique tailored to release deep-seated tension blocks. This massage involves kneading the knots within the muscles to unwind and straighten them. It increases blood flow to help recovery, improves range of motion and strengthen injured muscles, and accelerates gains in muscle strength.
Reflexology
The hands and feet have an abundance of nerve ending which connect to every organ in the body. This treatment is designed to dissolve blocked energy flow and relax the entire body.
Pre/Post Natal
This massage is perfect during pregnancy and post/natal. We have pre-natal bolsters allowing comfort during your massage. Book a Pre/Post Natal Massage only as only some of our Therapists offer this.

Series Cards
We offer series cards for 4 and 10 One Hour Massages for your convenience offering a discount on each massage. Series Cards may be used for any Traditional Massage Technique including Pre/Post Natal but may not be used for any Specialty Massage. Series can only be used for 1-hour sessions (not for 1 ½ hour sessions).
