Available to Members and Non-Members!

With private Pilates training our experienced instructors will be able to address your personal alignment issues, strengths and weaknesses. The feedback you get from your trainer will help you to reach your Pilates and fitness goals as well as help you optimize performance during group mat or Reformer classes. During your one-hour private session your trainer will introduce you to a variety of exercises on the Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair.

Pilates is safe and designed to accommodate students of all levels from those in need of rehabilitation to those seeking an advanced workout.
