Exercises focus on core strength and spinal alignment

Mat Level I is suitable for all levels including beginners who preferably have attended Introduction to Pilates or one-month of Mat Fundamentals. Students will experience a balanced workout based on Joseph Pilates original series of 34 mat work exercises. Exercises focus on core strength and spinal alignment, and can be modified to suit the level of all participants.
