Advanced Reformer is a quick-paced and challenging class for our most experienced Reformer students.
This class is for students who are not new to Pilates and assumes students are comfortable with the equipment and their understanding of the Pilates Principals.
This class moves faster, incorporates more balance and standing exercises and spends less time explaining the fundamentals.
