TRX Series – New Schedule Starting February 20, 2018

TRX is all core, all the time! Learn what should be stable and what should be mobile! HBC has several programs to choose from! Available to Members and Non-Members! 

Intro to TRX – Series of 6:
Intro to TRX is designed for ALL fitness levels (couch potato to athlete) & ALL ages (18-100)! It’s also great if you only know a couple moves on the TRX and want to learn ALL the basics. Master the 7 TRX foundational movements, plank, push, pull, rotate, hinge, squat, & lunge. Learn proficiency in the key positions and movements, and build upon them for the next movements.

Specialty TRX:
Go beyond the 7 TRX Foundational Movements and learn how to do more on the TRX! Each Specialty TRX series has a different focus, designed for a different audience, and may or may not require previous experience with TRX.
