TRX for Seniors

Designed for seniors to assist in creating independence

Classes are 30 minutes

Four class times to choose from:

Tuesdays 12:00 -12:30 pm or 12:30-1:00 pm

Thursdays 12:00-12:30 pm or 12:30-1:00 pm

This 30 minute TRX Small Group is designed for seniors to assist in creating independence through improving balance, coordination, relevant overall body strength, mobility/flexibility and increase hip and leg stability. The 30 min sessions will provide optimal training time without over doing it.

No previous TRX experience needed.  All exercises will be done standing.

Get the personalized attention of a TRX Trainer, and save money by sharing the Trainer with a few others (3-6 people).
