Get a leg up on your competition!

The Harbor Bay Club is here to better orient our young members to the importance of exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle and to teach them the proper usage of the exercise machines, as well as facility etiquette. The Teen Certification Program consists of 2 sessions (60 min. each) instructed by one of the Harbor Bay Club’s Certified Personal Trainer. Appointments are scheduled at least 24-hours in advance.

Your teen’s training will include:

First Session

  • Basic Anatomy
  • Nutrition
  • Stretching

Second Session

  • Equipment Review
  • Equipment Safety
  • Gym Etiquette

After completing the program, your child will feel more confident and better equipped with the knowledge needed to live a healthy lifestyle. Each teen (13-17 yrs.) who has completed the Teen Certification Program will be allowed to use the facilities, unattended, between 3 p.m. to closing, Monday through Friday and 11am to closing on Saturday & Sunday. Summer and Holiday hours are 11am to closing. This $48 program is available to our members only.
