TRX is all core, all the time! Learn what should be stable and what would be mobile! HBC has several programs to choose from! Available to Members and Non-Members! 
(in the Functional Training Studio)

Intro to TRX – Series of 6:
Master the 7 TRX foundational movements, plank, push, pull, rotate, hinge, squat, & lunge. Learn proficiency in the key positions and movements, and build upon them for the next movements. The purposes of the Intro series are to become proficient in the 7 TRX foundational movements and to want to learn more!

This is a closed training: sign up for the entire course in advance and attend every session, 1x/wk for 6 weeks. Please mark your calendar for every session day/date/time; no make-ups. 3-6 people.

  • Members: $49 for 6 sessions
  • Non-Members: $75 for 6 sessions

Specialty TRX:
Go beyond the 7 TRX Foundational Movements and learn how to do more on the TRX! Each Specialty TRX series has a different focus, designed for a different audience, and may or may not require previous experience with TRX. Get the personalized attention of a Personal Trainer, and save money by sharing the Trainer with a few others (3-6 people).

This is a closed training: sign up for the entire course in advance and attend every session. Some series are 1x/wk for 6 weeks, and some are 2x/wk for 3 weeks. Please mark your calendar for every session day/date/time; no make-ups. 3-6 people.

  • Members: $75.00 for 6 sessions
  • Non-Members: $110 for 6 sessions
