Pilates Mat Level 2
If you’ve been taking Pilates Mat for a while and are ready to take your practice to the next level, this is the class for you!
You’ll be exploring some of the more challenging exercises that Joseph Pilates created, and transitioning between
exercises at a more advanced pace. Pilates Mat Level 2 is our most challenging class, and is suitable for experienced students only.
