FREE New Year’s Introductory Classes!

Taster for the first month, to introduce people to triathlon

Youth – Teen – Age Group – Elite, All Levels Encouraged, With Coach John

Mission: To promote the sport of triathlon and its lifestyle for all ages and levels of ability.

In the off-season, January through March, we focus on technique, base-building, and efficiency.

Developing skills in swimming, cycling & running to prepare for a triathlon, great for all ages!

From beginner to elite, all triathletes can develop their skills to reach their goals and potential. The Harbor Bay Triathlon Club is all inclusive and is family oriented.

The Youth Development Program (ages 7 to 16) provides young triathletes the opportunity to learn more about the sport and to develop mastery/high proficiency in each sport/discipline and to achieve their goals.

FREE New Year’s Introductory Classes: Saturdays (swim/run) & Sundays (bike) 12:30-2:30
