For Members and Non-Members!
Gentle Reformer is a great class for those who are new to Pilates Reformer and or want to stick with the basics. In this class students will work on the Allegro Reformers and execute the gentle, yet core strengthening exercises of the Pilates Method. There is a maximum of six people per class.
You can attend this class without any prior Pilates Reformer experience.
