For Members and Non-Members!
This 25 minute Small Group Reformer Class includes the basics done at a moderate pace. Open to beginners with no prior Reformer experience or for those who want to get in the basics in a shorter time.
In this class students will work on the Allegro Reformers and execute the gentle, yet core strengthening exercises of the Pilates Method. These classes are limited to 5 students.
You can attend this class without any prior Pilates Reformer experience.
