Get the most out of your time.
In this free, 30 minute class, from 11:45am-12:15pm, you will do a variety of standing, floor and TRX core exercises. TRX delivers a fast, effective workout and helps build a rock-solid core. Class is limited to 12 students and is held in the Functional Fitness Studio.
