A full-body sculpting class designed to increase strength and build lean muscle mass. The class uses a combination of free weights, body bars, SPRI Bands, Dynabands, stability balls, gliding discs, medicine balls and the step.

Body Worx & Core
A combination of Body Worx and Core training. This is a body sculpting class with an added 20 minutes of focused abdominal and back work and finishes with 10 minutes of intense stretching.
