Body Worx

Become your fittest, strongest self! By utilizing heavy strength circuits and short cardio bursts, you will rev your heart rate and feel the muscle burn! The class uses a combination of free weights, bands, stability balls, gliding discs, medicine balls, body weight, and the step. Modified for all levels.

Body Worx Express

A 30-minute, full-body sculpting class designed to increase strength and build lean muscle mass. The class uses a combination of free weights, body bars, SPRI Bands, Dynabands, stability balls, gliding discs, medicine balls and the step.
