Fun fitness classes designed just for kids!
(Ages 22 months - 12 years)

Kid’s Fitness offers a place for our youth to engage in cardiovascular exercises while practicing a variety of skill sets such as patterning, agility, footwork, balance, coordination, teamwork, respect, communication, and sportsmanship.

Our classes and instructors offer a warm, fun and inviting environment where a foundation of healthy habits are presented and practiced on a weekly basis. Our Instructors are equipped with a vast array of health and wellness knowledge and are extremely excited to share this with their students.
