In partnership with Alameda Hospital, please join us in celebrating Senior Health & Fitness Day at the Harbor Bay Club.

With skyrocketing healthcare costs and lifestyle-related diseases on the rise, it’s time to take matters into your own hands. To commemorate Older Americans Month (May) and National Senior Health & Fitness Day (May 31st) we invite you or someone you love to discover the benefits of living a healthier, stronger, and happier life!

Enjoy a full slate of activities ideally suited to active adults 60 years and older:

Senior Fitness Day – Class Schedule:

  • 9:00 – 10:30 am | Hatha Flow Yoga w/Agneta in the Sky Studio
  • 9:15 – 10:15 am | Dance Boogie Remix w/Nicole in the Signature Studio
  • 10:30 – 11:30 am | Aqua Aerobics w/Lisa Lam in the HBC Pool
  • 10:45 – 11:45 am | Pilates Mat Level 1 w/Robert in the Sky Studio
  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm | Intermediate Stretch w/Suzanne in the Signature Studio
  • 12:05 – 12:50 pm | Gentle Stretch w/Stacy in the Sky Studio
  • 1:00 – 2:00 pm | Balance, Agility & Mobility w/Janet in the Sky Studio
  • 1:00 – 2:00 pm | TRX for Seniors w/Suzanne in the Functional Training Studio
  • 5:30 – 6:30 pm | Pilates Mat Level 1-2 w/Mandy in the Sky Studio
  • 6:35 – 7:35 pm | Zumba w/Denise in the Signature Studio

Assessments & Screening:

  • 9:00 – 11:00 am | Blood pressure & blood sugar screening (Alameda Hospital)
  • 9:00 – 2:00 pm | Personal Training consultations

Services & Specials:

  • 10:00 – 1:00 pm | Complimentary chair massage
