
(Sat. 7:45a, Sun. 9a) Classes involve the practice of Iyengar style Hatha Yoga, in an active class with mindful work and attention to the breath. Students learn primary postures and sun salutations emphasizing proper alignment. Classes incorporate breath with strengthening, and balancing work – stretching the mind and body. Saturday morning Yoga I is 75-minutes, Sunday morning Yoga I is 90-minutes.
