Yoga I-II

(Mon. 4:45p, Wed. 9a, Fri. 9a) Expands upon the foundation given in Yoga I. Basic stances and simple coordinated movements raise and sustain heat from within; beginning breathwork supports peace of mind.  Variations and modifications are offered to make these classes suitable for students of all levels. (90-minutes)
