
(Mon. and Wed. 6-7am) Greet the morning with warm-ups, standing poses, twists, backbends, and breathwork to align the body and mind for the coming day! This invigorating, multilevel class gives students the opportunity to center themselves and expand their practice horizons through balanced, focused work, with gentle guidance by the instructor. All levels welcome. (60-minutes)
