
With private Pilates training our experienced instructors will be able to address your personal alignment issues, strengths and weaknesses. The feedback you get from your trainer will help you to reach your Pilates and fitness goals as well as help you optimize performance during group mat or Reformer classes. During your one-hour private session your trainer will introduce you to a variety of exercises on the mat, the Reformer and the Pilates Wunda Chair.
