
Gentle Stretch
Optimize your body’s ability to move with stretching and gentle strength building exercises. Try a relaxing break from the day to strengthen and stretch tired, tight muscles. Stretching increases flexibility, keeps the muscles supple, prepares you for movement; increases range of motion and can help to prevent injuries. Gentle body weight exercises increase strength, promote bone health, and improve balance. This 45 minute class can benefit anyone and is suitable for all.
