
This orientation will prepare you to take one of our many Group Cycle and Bodyworx classes.
Learn basic riding positions and techniques, modifications, and bike safety. Most importantly, be properly fitted to your bike. Learn to use different pieces of equipment such as body bars, stability balls, medicine balls, gliding discs etc…
Bring a water bottle & towel. Second Saturday at 12:00.
