HBC’s Personal Trainers
Harbor Bay’s Personal Trainers are nationally certified and recognized for their educational backgrounds and expertise, as well as their ability to teach, motivate and inspire, not only their clients but each other.
Our trainers possess one or more of the following:
- Degree in a health-science related field
- Nationally recognized personal training or group fitness instruction certifications (as recognized by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies)
- Additional specialty certifications in performance, biomechanics or rehabilitation
- 2+ years of Personal Training and/or group fitness instruction
Our Personal Trainers provide exclusive attention and interest, allowing for faster results. Their guidance provides a thorough and efficient exercise program that often reduces exercise related injuries. The program is refined and updated with each personal training session as your level of fitness improves. The combined knowledge and experience of Harbor Bay trainers, gives them a total of 140 years in the industry!
