We at Harbor Bay, pride ourselves on giving our members the best service out there. With your membership you not only receive club usage but also the hundreds of benefits that are included. Our fitness staff is dedicated to your health and with that we are here to help guide you on your healthy lifestyle path.
Our Complimentary Fitness Assessments are for new members as well as current members who have not taken up our offer. When you come to meet the trainer at your scheduled time they will give you a Par-Q /Lifestyle and General Medical Questionnaire, a S.M.A.R.T. goal sheet, Body Composition Analysis for your current health baseline, as well as, a mini program design so that you may get started on your fitness regimen right away.
Meeting with a trainer one-on-one will allow the trainer to ask questions and give guidance and suggestions for an individualized work out program.
