Are you ready to get out of the Winter slump but tired of the same old, stuffy indoor gym workout? Need some added motivation or guidance and a fresh change of scenery to help inspire you? Then Harbor Bay Club’s new fun & exciting Fitness Boot Camp is for you!
Boot Camp classes meet outside to take full advantage of HBC’s unique 10-acre waterfront resort grounds and the scenic beauty that the San Francisco Bay has to offer, free from musty gyms. Exercises focus on agility, balance, plyometric, endurance, and core strengthening along with resistance training, utilizing light weights and high repetitions…all against the backdrop of stunning scenery while the SF bay breeze cools you off.
Classes are held 3 times a week and built around 6-week or 12-week sessions. Sessions are designed specifically to boost your metabolism and are a great way to shed unwanted pounds while injecting some fun and adventure into your routine!
Expert guidance, motivation and direction from a certified Personal Trainer will help you know exactly what to do in order to achieve your specific goals.
