Polynesian Dance Conditioning is a class that combines Hula and Tahitian dance basics accompanied by Island and contemporary music. The moves are low impact but provide aerobic benefits. We will learn popular line dances, but will do them Polynesian style. Our class will learn some of the classic Hula’s which will be used for optional performances. (The Hot Hula class did a GREAT job at our member’s party-many of them danced publicly for the first time).

Class attire: shorts or leggings / light t-shirt/ hip wrap or pareau (we have extras for students) and no shoes!
