This is an outstanding program for those who enjoy the full benefits of a consistent cardiovascular workout of longer duration, with the added attraction of exercising in the great outdoors. Our attentive staff is constantly exploring new routes and devising special celebrations to offer an alternative to traditional aerobics and/or the casual stroll around the block.

Fitness Walkers meets outside at the entrance of the Harbor Bay Club on most Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays @ 8:30 with Linda and/or Pamm.
