Advanced Reformer is a quick-paced and challenging class for our most experienced Reformer students.
Participants have a minimum of one year of Reformer experience, are familiar with the Pilates Reformer repertory of exercises, spring settings and adjustments of the Reformer.
Instructor approval is required prior to registering for the Advanced Reformer class.
