This chair cardio class is designed for people who cannot do cardio on their feet or on the floor. You’ll go at your own pace, with frequent heart rate checks to make sure you’re challenging your cardiovascular system.
H.I.I.T It!
High Intensity Interval Training has come to HBC!
Don’t let the name fool you, this class is for any fitness level. The class is set up as interval circuits of total body exercises that catapult your metabolism so YOU get the most effective fat burning results. Each exercise is to your max effort!

The Club's spa is the only place in Alameda where I can get my nails done, or any spa treatment, without having to arrange care for my kids. As a busy mom, that's HUGE for me.
