Would you like to improve your swimming technique? Need to add more conditioning to your workout? With our Adult Fitness Swim Class you can learn to swim more efficiently with less effort. This class is a great way to become familiar with a real swim workout while getting to know others who enjoy swimming.
Class is offered in 2-Week Sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00-9:00 a.m. (Summer Only)
