Philosophy
My philosophy is to keep life as simple as possible. Being active has enabled me to keep my perspective by clearing my head and finding the humor in the “big picture”. Philosophy
If I could summarize my philosophy it would be Attitude. Having the right attitude is the key to success. Any endeavor starts with the right frame of mind. A positive attitude magnifies and attracts results. This carries over to all areas of your life. In fitness, having the right attitude towards your health is essential to achieving your fitness goals. It’s important to have a strategy and not give up if you fail to achieve a goal. Being flexible and trying a new approach might just be what you need to bring you to the next level of fitness.

Philosophy
As children we all enjoyed movement through play. But when adult responsibilities decreased our time for play and movement lessens, our health begins to suffer. Although this is a reality, it is not one we must accept as final. Our bodies are designed to function well with movement, and activities that include motion should be maintainer throughout our lives. We do no need to have the attitude that it is too late to keep in shape. I love to help clients regain the joy of physical movement that they had in they youth. All it takes is a little discipline and a willingness to move. The result are well worth it!

Philosophy
I like to help everyday people improve themselves. This has been true throughout my career, first as an ESL instructor and now as a Fitness Trainer. Within a month of completing an exercise program you are healthier, stronger and more fit. Personally, the best thing about pregnancy and nursing was being able to eat as much as I wanted. Now, I’ve found that if I exercise consistently, I can continue to do so. It’s all about balancing eating and drinking, exercise, sleep, and relaxation. All are necessary elements in a healthy, happy life.

We are what we choose to be. Though circumstances surrounding each person are different, your attitude defines who you are. This is especially true with your health. You don’t need a New Year’s Resolution to become healthier-Just make up your mind each day to be the best you can be.

Philosophy
The human body was designed to move! Modern conveniences and hectic schedules have made it less necessary and less likely that we will move as much as we should for optimum health. I want to help bring back the joy of movement to others; to help people regain, maintain, and improve their health. By dispelling the confusion and mystique of obtaining physical fitness I will work with you to make your journey to better health be successful.
